About Monique

Monique is a trained reiki practitioner.  Reiki is a beautiful, gentle, vibrational healing practice that supports the body’s self-healing ability. It involves the practitioner placing their hands lightly on or near the body allowing a free flow of universal energy.

Monique holds a sacred space for her clients to heal and be present with themselves. She offers a mixed method of reiki healing –  guiding her clients ever so gently and softly into their session with meditation and breathing techniques. This ensures that the client is relaxed and ready for energy clearing and balancing. 

Monique may intuitively be guided to bring crystals into the healing session by placing them on or around her clients body to assist with the healing process.  

Monique is also a trained ceremonial cacao facilitator.
